Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new financial services start up company based in London. We provide infrastructure and operational support for multiple clients on a single platform run by ourselves. We are hoping to help democratise clearing and allow clients with greater direct access. The name of the company is Sernova Financial (Sernova means 'new service'). The types of adjectives that define our company is. Sharing, Partnership, Connectivity, Utility, Mutualisation. We want the logo to reflect this company ethos, but must be within the expectations of a financial company - we would like it to resonate with people as a sign of strength and security as they must trust us to deliver on our promises as they will be outsourcing large parts of their operations to us. Attached is a file with a couple of ideas we have had with our favourite highlighted - Happy to see a more professional version of this or something completely different. Open in terms of colours also - we want to use the colours from the logo to run a theme through our presentations, etc. Happy to leave font and wording format to you also - open to Sernova, SerNova or SERNOVA whatever works best.
