Leishman Events are conference and event managers, and we have two offices, one in Tasmania (Island off Australia); and Melbourne (capital city). We want to create an email campaign that we can target corporate clients from Sydney and Melbourne to entice them to come to Tasmania for their conference. This may be an incentive event, so a reward.
Our aim is to establish ourselves as the local on the ground experts - the go to people about Tasmania. We want them to know if they choose to hold their event or incentive in Tasmania then Leishman Events can unravel the best of what our island state has to offer and provide a remarkable and wonderful experience for their delegates.
Some of the tag lines that we've considered are:
We've got Tassie wrapped up - with a sub head of: Call us to unwrap your Tasmanian event - we were thinking that the graphic might be, Tasmania wrapped in a scarf - with the text. It may be winter, but Tassie is sizzling hot with a swag of recent tourism awards.
Or
You'll have a devil of a time in Tasmania - this is because we've got photographs of a recent conference with delegates who have Tasmanian devil ears on their head. The Tasmanian devil is iconic to Tasmania. The bottom tag might be: The devil is in the detail - you can leave that to Leishman Events.
Tasmania is punching above its weight in the national tourism market. Leishman Events do the same. We are big enough to make noise and small enough to listen.
Or Just like Tasmania, we're big enough to make noise, small enough to listen (or have the personal approach).
We are aiming at major corporates, banks, insurance companies, energy companies - people that reward their employees with trips away.

- The design should be suitable for email marketing - preference is given to landscape format that sits comfortably on the screen once its opened.
It should have good images of Tasmania - the iconic shots, and we can provide these.
It should be treated as a teaser - something to pique the interest so that they either email us or call and ask for more.
