Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company called "The Institute for Individual and Organizational Change" or "IFIOC", that provides training, consultation, and technical assistance for individuals, agencies, and organizations in the social, health, and human service fields. The trainings focus on the physics of human change and how to more effectively engage and empower people and organizations in the positive change processes. I like rich colors in green, blue, and purple that represent a positive and healthy change process, with some representation of flow towards growth/health from an individual level to an organizational/systems level.
