Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a personal tech project named "affogato" after the coffee-based desert. Usually characterized by vanilla gelato topped with a shot of espresso. We thought the concept described the tech project which is a lot of code (coffee) and sweet UI (vanilla gelato).

Looking for something modern and simple. Clean lines and text.

Attached are some logo styles that we like. Would like to use the colors of affogato: coffee brown, beige, white, black, neutrals. But open to others.
