Brief de Design de Logo

I’m looking for a logo to accompany my brand “This Girl Lifts” It will primarily be on a blog promoting health and fitness but most importantly strength training (weight training) for women. The website will also be advertising my services as a personal trainer. It’s important that the logo represents physical strength with a tough but also feminine feel. I would like it to be a relatively simple design as it will be printed on multiple mediums (eg, web, stickers, tanks/tshirts, etc). I would like the words “This Girl Lifts” incorporated into the main logo but I would also like to be able to use the logo on its own without the text.
