Brief de Design de Logo

My last name is Farthing. I work in maximizing value for customers through business consultancy. It just so happens that my last name is also a British Coin (though it is no longer in circulation). I would like you to create a logo that incorporates elements of the Farthing Coin with Britannia (holding the trident). Please do not use the farthing coin with the bird on it. My company name is "Farthing Group". If you can include the inscription "veritas et libertatem in libra" or "veritas in libra" within the logo as well, that would be great. Replace the British flag with the American flag unless it's too complex. I still want to maintain some order of simplicity and smart/creative utilization of how the logo comes together. I also want a logo in color and black and white. Please provide original Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop files in vector format. Attached is the Farthing coin with Britannia holding the trident and other examples for inspiration. Don't feel like you have to use all of the Farthing coin or the shield. At minimum though, I would say try to incorporate the head of the person (aka Britannia) within the logo. Also, you do not have to include the name "Farthing Group" inside of a circular coin design, if that's what you go with. It can be below the coin.
