Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to have a logo designed. It is for a Business Succession and Exit Planning business. The name is BetterPlan and it is one word. I would like the logo done in color but also be designed in a way that it could be printed in black and white. I would like a copy of the logo in color as well as in Black and white. If your logo is chosen, I would like to have the logo in as many formats (jpg, bmp, etc.) as possible so I can use it with different publishers. Thank you so much.
