Brief de Design de Poster
"Parents Night Out!" (www.parentsnightoutcomedy.com) is a theatre based comedy show about parenting and family. We need to update our marketing materials for the next season. We need an eye-catching, clever poster to help market and sell the show. It should be funny with bright colors.

Quick update - we have added a few posters with designs that we like. We also added last year's poster template with the little kid screaming at the top.

Please note - Even though we have attached files of posters that we like, we are ALWAYS open to other graphic ideas. The poster will be used in Theatres and Performing Arts Centers throughout the country.

With regard to size - we will be using the design on different sizes of posters. If you could provide your designs in 8.5 x 11 form for now, that would be great. If you have already submitted in another size, that's ok (no need to revise at this point). Thanks!

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: Hi, we are extending the deadline by 3 days to allow time for the producer and director to return from weekend shows to make the final decision. We appreciate all of the entries and are very impressed with the quality of each poster design. Thanks to you all for submitting.

- Performer headshots, but only if they compliment the design. We would rather see a really funny, clean design that sells the show with funny photos or graphics. If the headshots work with the overall design, that's great. If not, text of the performers names is ok.

- no typical comedy icons, i.e., microphone, stage, spotlight
baby items like bottles and diapers might be included, but our show is not just for young parents; it's for parents of all ages.
