Brief de Design Étiquette

I'm in need of a product label for an ejuice line or "vaping liquid" line for those unfamiliar. I need this to fit in a "3 x 1.25" label that will include juice name, flavor and clearly show all legal disclaimers. Attached is a label for my other line, all warning disclaimers can be taken from this.
I'm open to any great ideas,my main concern is that the design is a relevant modern look. It can be a little risqué or plain and simple but I'm looking for something a little different in general.
My hopes are for a designer to bring originality and creativity to my brand by creating an amazing eye catching label. This will be my third label done here on design crowd and I have full intentions of returning again and again. I look forward to seeing what you can bring to this project and for the possible designs to come

• Nicely fit into a 3"x 1.25" product label,clean and clearly legible at the labels dimensions. Workable from adobe illustrator cs6. Product line name,flavor name,nicotine content in form of a number "3"
• I'd like to have the background on a dark blue metallic color

Bien d'avoir

• I was thinking something along the lines of cavemen sitting down lighting a fire, Indians squatting and sending out smoke signals over a fire and a present person standing while holding a "box mod" and blowing out large vapor clouds. Hopefully you get where I'm trying to go with this
