Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a quarterly club event (night out) on London England. It's a place for latex lovers to come together and socialise. We like to think we are arty and progressive.

Nothing predictably 'rubber' please. Believe it or not, it's very upmarket and an expensive hobby.

Nothing sexual.

The word 'Cult' could be represented in a religious way. But not overtly. Maybe the 'T' as a cross?

It has to be semi transparent, so it will drop onto photographs, as they may be predominantly black or even white images (contrasty). Spots of colour in the logo are OK. Not too many.

I have added a logo I like - PsychoWard, but DO NOT copy it or make it similar. I just think it works with the name and concept of the event.

I need a logo that we can drop onto the photos that are taken at Rubber Cult events. They get reposted everywhere and we want folks to know they were taken on our night. It would be better as a semi transparent logo, as some photos are very light and some are very dark.

It would be nice to have a small logo/graphic element with the 'Rubber Cult' font.

Don't make it look like a religious church logo :/

Our crowd worship the material, that is rubber (fetish), and it's become a bit of a cult! LOL

So, working on the 'cult' references, a religious cross-shape seemed like a good idea. The 'T' seems like a natural option.

Still, if you come up with something cool that works for the name, and has no cross reference, then great.

Just don't make it look corporate! It's the leisure industry. People go out to party and have fun.

Perhaps submit the logo on a photo.

• It HAS to be semi transparent, so it will easily drop onto photographs.
