Brief de Design de Logo

Company name is Aril Estate (Aril is the small seeds inside a pomegranate). The business grows, processes and sells pomegranate fruit, syrups and wine as well as olive oil, table olives and fresh garlic. But will expand what we sell in the future.
I am after a logo that is applicable across product lines e.g. useful on pomegranate wine and olive oil products.

I like it simple 2D, no 3D images or photos. The logo below I have paid but the designer has not sent in copyright paperwork. Not happy. Thus I cannot use it. I'm happy for equivalent or something with a pomegranate bush(tree) with a few pomegranates on it. The simple nature of logo allows it to be used on olive products as well. I only want the colour changed from a red to a green logo on olive products.
