Do you have a distribution channel? They will be able to advise you of your maximium display size... Unless it is not a rackable magazine? A circle just won't cut it...

a similar mag from the US is Street Dreams. That's the look our front cover wants, something similar but with our logo as well

well that magazine is certainly not a clip art camera and random mountain range logo cover... let me help you with your branding - i think you have conceptualised right out of the box... and now run the risk of looking really amateur...
