Brief de Design de Logo

We are a one man company in the real estate business, who manly possess own properties but is also willing to deal or help people selling their properties.
I'd like to have a fresh modern design, which can easy be printed. Not to fancy stuff and preferably only one color, but can also be used without colors. I prefer if the name is also the logo, but I'm open to other ideas.
A "Kuksa" is a wooden pot from ancient scandinavians which has an old tradition. The hunters always carry a kuksa with them for daily use, like drinking water, eating soup and to scoop everything, that can be imagined.
I took this name, to symbolize that this new company will be filled with all my future projects and will stay with me for the rest of my life.
I don't want to see the Kuksa in my logo.
