Brief de Design de Logo

I am opening a private strength training studio. I would like to appeal to a mature adult population. I work with Barbells, kettle bells and bodyweight strength building technique.My focus is on building healthy moment patterns and then strengthening those patterns. I am certified to use a training system called the Functional Movement System.I would like a logo that is modern and professional, nothing hokey. Avoid the color red. I like teal, yellow, grey, back . The final design should be clean, bold, and have a broad appeal.
