man - i have read (and read and re-read) the brief... i don't think you are after a logo at all... but i still don't understand the solution

I think I screwed up with I asked for a logo. Another designer said its more of an "illustrative graphic" that I'm looking for. We're looking for a graphic that shows the connection of all the traits and core values. I'm really sorry about the confusion...this was my first time using this site and it seems I screwed it up.

YES - a graphic that describes all of the values... but I really haven't got the anywhere near the headspace... no point in recreating that crossword solution...
