Hi Andre,
I think the visual image of a face is worth pursuing - using very simple design elements / linework (see Ibex clothing).
And thinking 'downhill flowing motion' should be incorporated into our logo.

Let me know if you need any more info - have a look at the files I have posted (logomod from our designer - nice linework, just needs to more unique - identify Sol Mountain).
