Brief de Design de Logo

This is a logo design for a new start up. We offer an application for iPhone / Android / Facebook and the Web that lets people poll their social network to make every day decisions. We need a logo that will do the following:

1) look professional (we will be talking to a lot of investors!)
2) convey a sense of Web 2.0 (innovation, technology, youthfulness)
3) we must have a recognizable image (without text) that we can use as a bug within the application
4) fits with our website! www.socialcensus.com (website is in progress)
