Brief de Design de Logo
We have an existing logo with is outdated, and not scalable to mobile devices. We believe we need something that's similar to the existing design, as we're not looking to totally rebrand.
While there are many lenders that offer VA loans to military people, our unique selling proposition is how we carry everyone (buyers and agents) through the complicated loan process so their experience is as simple as possible. We want to be seen as their resource center of knowledge and support. Not all people should use their VA benefit, but they should all get the real information about it so they're making an informed decision, instead of just what they think someone told them was correct.
The final design should convey the ideas of:
**Expertise - we provide the deeper story and real facts.
**Trust- while we're not a huge company with massive name recognition, we have a superb reputation for this niche.
**Convenience - when you call, you get a human being, who answer questions, and gives advice. Not some phone tree and a person typing information into a computer waiting to see what it tells them.
**Support: We're going to put you on our back and climb the mountain for you. If you're looking for someone to walk you through the process, you've found the right company.
**Military: that's who we serve
**Mortgage/Loan for Real Estate: that's what we do.
The company name is "Military Home Loans" That is not a requirement to be in the logo. Primarily what we do is "VA" loans, which also doesn't have to be in the logo. But I thought it'd include them in case you were looking for words/letters to include.
