Brief de Design de Logo

This logo is for a medical leasing company. They assist doctors in leasing medical spaces. The company owns the buildings that the doctors lease from. These are high rises in Downtown LA and are premier properties.

This is a logo redesign. The current logo is antiquated and needs to be completely refreshed. We do like the grey and black color theme however the current logo was poorly done and thus hard to photocopy in it's greyscale format.

This is not a construction company nor medical movers or doctors. These are the impressions we cannot portray.
