Brief de Design Graphique

This shield was done by a friend of mine 20 years ago if you can believe it. Want to re-use in my letterhead etc. It needs some work.

Is there any way you can give me a price to digitally redraw this (vector?).

Some other info:

· The crest is top left; Rangitoto with sails, top right scales of justice, bottom left three birds and finally bottom right a kiwi

· I want the scroll at bottom to read “THE INVESTIGATORS”

· I want the crest in black and white greyscale and also colour (not too flashy just classy low key colours).

· I want to be able to use in word docs, and web and print.

· I have no other versions of the crest I’m afraid.
