Brief de Web Design

I founded ADIMEN Family Office, which is a french family office design to change the relationship between the customer and the wealth manager/insurance broker.
The main focus is : we give back to the client all the commissions / hidden costs we gain from the insurance companies / real estate builders and we bill to the client an annual fee proportional to the wealth. Thus a transparent relationship exempt from conflict of interest

I want a WORPRESS theme design that will be easily customizable in the future. Using and existing wordpress theme is not a problem, as long as i get to customize it in the future if necessary.
I want the web site to be Simple, clear, explaining the concepts detailed in the word doc i join to this project
In the chart are some of the things we do (not all, but most).
Also i joined some question a client might ask himself before calling us

• I would like to have a one page wordpress theme personalized by a designer.
• I don't really care if you use an existing wordpress theme, as long as it can be upgraded/customized later on using wordpress/admin.
• I can even provide some themes I bought if it can help maintain the budget..
• O I can pay additional fee for a theme you bought to provide the design..
