Brief de Design de Logo

We are an embroidered patch company. We are looking to make a larger version of this patch:

If you Google "Knights Templar Seal" you will find information and examples of what this logo looks like. The original is based on a stained glass window, so there is not a ton of detail, in fact, not much more than the 3.5-inch patch we show in the link above.

But now we are going to be making a 10-inch version, and I want there to be more detail in the patch. Specifically, I want the horse to have definition and be a muscular horse. I want the knights to have more definition and look less cartoony and more realistic (google "knight patch" to see the kind of definition possible). I want the font to be big and readable but still true to the original.

Very important to consider: This will be in an embroidered patch. So we can't do shading, can't do colors that blend from light to dark. Must be color-by-number/vector art style design so we can make an embroidered product that looks good. I will pay whoever gets this right. And if someone gets in a really nice submission, I will end this project early and buy right away.

UPDATE: THIS CONTEST IS ALMOST OVER, BUT OUT OF MORE THAN A DOZEN DESIGNS, ONLY TWO PEOPLE REALLY READ THE DIRECTIONS AND SUBMITTED SOMETHING WITH THE CORRECT ARTWORK AND DETAIL WE ASKED FOR. A FEW PEOPLE ALSO SUBMITTED STOLEN ARTWORK CLIPPED INTO THE CENTER - NOT COOL! IF YOU SUBMIT ANYTHING AS WE COME TO A CLOSE - PLEASE BE DETAILED, THIS IS GOING TO BE A 10-12INCH ITEM AND IF YOU LOOK AT OUR EMBROIDERY, WE DON'T WANT IT TO LOOK "CARTOONY"
