Brief de Design de Logo

Clean, neat logo which is corporate but not too corporate, we want it to be fun and inviting. The logo needs to incorporates the significance of the land being from the Swan Brewery (beer brewery). The land has two street frontages, Barrel way and Production road. We like the idea of a barrel being incorporated but then understand a barrel isn't related to a beer brewery...The building will incorporate; office space, warehouses and an urban style cafe.The building is white and blue (see image). The building is not yet built so we need this logo to be present on all real estate commercials and signs so need something that will stand out and people will easily recognise. We're looking at calling the site Canning Vale Commercial Centre so this needs to be incorporated in some way.
I've attached prelim drawings of one side of the building.
