Brief de Design de Flyer
I am a sports medicine doctor specialising in the diagnosis and management of sport and exercise injuries for all ages and levels of activity - from elite to weekend jogger. I work under the Business name Best On Ground Performance and do have a company logo. I am wanting a flier that I can send to family doctors, physiotherapists and sports clubs explaining who I am what I can offer and why they should send me patients.
- I have a Masters in Sports Medicine (MSportsMed), Diplomas in Obstetrics/Gynaecology (DRANZCOG) and also Paediatrics (DCH) and certificate in advanced clinical hypnosis
-accurate diagnosis and management plan with their regular physio to return the player / athlete to the field / court /gym as soon as safely possible
-hypnosis for sports performance eg anxiety control, confidence and mental rehearsal for individuals and teams
- because there are many possible therapists and therapy options, as a sports doctor I can work out who they need to see a physiotherapist, surgeon, massage therapist chiropractor or podiatrist to return them to activity or whether cortisone, PRP or autologous blood injections are needed
-can provide one point of contact for coaches and clubs for rehabilitation and return to sport advice.
- work with Jenny Williams ex Australian Athlete, a Performance Strategist (AFL listed resource person) and registered Psychologist for best mental preparation for individuals teams and coach development
- can organise rapid access to MRI, ultrasound and specialist appointments if needed
-I work at 3 practices PhysioXtra 724 Marion Rd Marion 83574988 Monday Wednesday Friday; Wakefield Sports Clinic, 270 Wakefield Rd, Adelaide 82325853 Tuesday Adelaide Crows Sports Medicine Clinic, AAMI Stadium 8347 2043 Thursday.

Hi All, just to clarify.. My name is Mark Ralfe and I am the sports doctor. My wife is Jenny Williams and she is the psychologist. The flier should mainly be advertising my sports medicine services and a byline ( or at least not the first line in the title) about the Performance Strategy and Coach development.
