Hello,

Thank you for your interest.
In the timeline, each milestone represents business activity for a large corporation.
There are three types of milestones used in this timeline.
1. "MA" or "Merger and Acquisition" is used when the company A buys company B. Or when company A merges with company B then becomes company C.
2. "BD" or "Business Development" is used when the corporate set up a new company or list a company in stock exchange market.
3. "Synergy" is used when there are specific project that requires participation from several companies within the corporate. For example, a knowledge management project that allows employees from several companies to share knowledge together.

I'm interested to send in the designs. Please give more information about the Image for Timeline progress. What kind of image? Which progress would you like to be highlighted as active progress. Sorry for asking many the questions, the description is not very clear. Thank you.

From the attached file, you will notice that 3 chevron block at the top. This is referred to as "Timeline Progress". The timeline progress represents the business growth phase of the company. 

1. Facing Financial Crisis (before 2009)
2. Huge New Capacity & Economic Downturn (2009 - 2011)
3. Global Competition (after 2011)

For example, when user click on the milestone in 2007 at the bottom of the screen, the timeline progress  will highlight on "Facing Financial Crisis". The other two phases can be dimmed.

Basically, you could provide 3 images. Each of the image highlights one of the phases.

For image four: Are you looking for a redesigned chevron block (in the attachment) with the three icons incorporated? Or is it an entirely different graphic that emphasizes each year in a different way?

Are there any particular colors you want us to stick to?
