Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new, fresher logo for my husband's Real Estate business. The existing logo is fine, but we are looking for something that better matches his website, coleylaffoon.com

He works for a luxury real estate broker, Hilton & Hyland, so it needs to match that level of professionalism and luxury. But Coley also works as a neighborhood agent, and he is very approachable and people love him, so nothing intimidating or too stuffy. His tagline is Home Starts Here, and I would like to see some options of that tagline implemented, but not all. Ideally, the colors would be blue, green, or orange (any range of those),. His website is clean and his logo should be too. Nothing too decorative, and it needs to look good online and in printed materials.

It should be smart, modern but classy, fresh, clean, professional, big city, current, and relevant to his industry.
