Brief de Design de Logo

We need a new logo design for a new company based in Los Angeles called "Cheng Wealth Management LLC". We see a shift in the investment management business from large Wall St. firms employing brokers selling financial products to smaller independent firms with interests aligned with the client's though non-commission revenue. Aligning our interests maximize the probability of a successful experience for our clients. Please see www.chengwealthmgmt.com for more details. We'd like to see the final design communicate the usual financial company stuff (stability, growth, trust worthiness) but also reflect relevance to today (as opposed to something old). Thanks!
