Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting a new company in Colombia South America. The name of the company will be TextilCo

I want to try to incorporate this logo and also have hidden in there 3 letters, A L W in any order.

We will be creating military and defense products like backpacks, uniforms, bullet proof vests, other clothing and travel gear, etc.

See attached file, it is an logo from a basketball conference that had 10 teams. Then they added one more but it was still called Big 10. Notice in the logo, you can see hidden in there the number 11.

This is the same idea I want to see.

If you post a response that doesn't address my wishes for this logo, you will be removed from the contest. Prefer USA based designers or Colombian Designers but I will look at any entry
