Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a new company based in Seattle called Hellfire Barbell Club. I want it to exemplify bad ass strength and conditioning training. I want to brand and market this logo and stick it on sports apparel, as well as website, facebook, coffee mugs, business cards etc. It needs to be simple in that the logo will stand out against basic backgrounds and colors.

My business is in the Crossfit strength and conditioning market. We are providing programming specifically geared for competitive Crossfitters' and those who want an "extreme" strength and conditioning training program.

My idea is to have a siloette of a gasmask with Hellfire written above, and Club written below. I want two cannister on the side of the mask to resemble plates of a barbell. If B and B can be spelled out in the image of the gasmask that would be ideal.

I want the image to be simple and black. I want it to look like someone branded it on to the surface.

If I could somehow get a design that looks like a mexican sugar skull with a gasmask with flowers painted on the skull and barbells looking like they have been burned onto the skull that would be great also. I want it to be appealling to women, not just male power lifters, so the floral patterns on the skull can be feminine.

I want the final design to communicate a mixture of hardcore, artistry and feminine flare.
