Brief de Design de T-shirt

I want to come up with a company Tshirt that's going to standout and advertise my business. I run a General Contracting Construction Company, you can check out my website at www.beyondconstruction.org

1. I redesigned my logo and I uploaded it.it has to be used on my new tshirt design.
2. I want my logo in a large format on the back up towards the shoulders, with my company phone number and maybe some kind of artwork or graphic that complements my business.
3. On the front left pocket side of the shirt I want my logo in a smaller format.
4. On the bottom right arm of the shirt I want my logo there as well
