Brief de Design de Papeterie

We need business cards, letterhead, and envelope design using our new logo. The customer we are marketing to is someone who is in desperate need to sell or get rid of their home. These people are going to be stressed and under pressure. Need to convey something soothing and credible.

The logo color is Blue Hex Color: #0088CE; RGB: (0,136,206)
This looks great with Black Hex Code: #D3A205; RGB: (0,0,0)
This looks great with Silver #A5ACAF; RGB: (165,172,175)

The back of the business card should have my logo and tagline as a light background so I can add notes or information later.

I'm thinking the front should have the silver color given above as the background, with my logo (logo files will be uploaded on Monday October 12th as I am awaiting my logo files from DesignCrowd, they are being reviewed). Maybe the background could have a texture like wood, or drywall, or siding, or stucco, a house, something having to do with houses.
