it appears that you are seeking first impressions, conceptual designs and the possibility of a material quantities list and type/color swatch.

You have provided some basic details relating to your project/desire for an upgrade of the lobby area, the semi fixed structure remodeling and surface treatments ie floors, walls and roof.

I do think and agree it needs a positive refresh of its layout, style, material and color scheme; the whole are definitely needs a revamp as it is very drab, dark and unwelcoming, outdated and has little sense of entry, appeal or harmony for such a large building and companies located within it.

I will be bold and request that you need to provide some form of parameters for designers (urban/interior/architectural) as this not a graphic designers job, a more specialized professional is require to satisfy you project.

I have qualifications in urban design, interiors design, town planning and have been a freelance designer for over 15 years on various commercial, residential and retail projects.

I strongly suggest that you extend the dead line-time frame if you are serious about the commercial renewal of the "face of the hotel" as this is not a task to be taken lightly, as it has a direct influence on the customers/clients you attract, their experience within the building and the money spent within it.......

If you could provide more information about the hotel;

such as business contained within it, the type of clientele and desired clientele, their ages, their status/culture/professions/finances etc.

the exterior of the hotel will have a dramatic influence on the interior - architectural harmony, colors finishes, etc

thus please include more images of the hotel and its surrounds

also on the budget, the actual budget will have a dramatic influence on the design as the cost of changes - ie demolition, renewal of spaces, materials, furniture varies dramatically so to allow a designer to work within certain constraints will provide a far better overall result as apposed to a rough cosmetic fix.

It appears to be a decent building and space and a great design will do wonders in the fell of the building, the way people persevere it and the way the feel within it and the the experience they have, all having a direct and indirect result on attracting, retaining clientele and the money being spent by them within it.

I have traveled through Asia, North America and the pacific enjoying the cultures, architecture, artistic styles and the environment within each, which certainly has a positive and constructive influence on the designing for diversity, social inclusion and dynamic business, hospitality and recreational environments
