Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for an importing company called Liv Trading Co Pty Ltd.
We would like an emblem logo for the word 'Liv' which then needs to be able to be used in a number of different ways.
I have attached a circular logo with the word Ivy in it as an example of what we like which can then be used in numerous ways (listed below) and also be followed by a number of different names of different arms of the company (examples below).

The 'Liv' logo will be printed on our bathware such as tapware (caroma example image attached) etc. The logo should communicate style and quality.

Using the same 'Liv' emblem logo designed above it also needs to be interchangable with the following words as part of the logo:
Liv Trading Co Pty Ltd
Liv Bathroom Collection
Liv Kitchen Collection

Our products will be promoted as designer bathware at affordable prices. Designer products with out the designer price tag.

Vola (logo attached) is the standard of product we aspire to and we also like the cleanlines of the logo.
