Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for our new Filipino fast food chain located in New Zealand we specialise in grilling using charcoal and offer filipino cuisine at a low affordable price. we would like our design to be on a Black Canvas and the logo using mostly the colour yellow, ideally having the filipino sun which you can find located on the filipino national flag, a bamboo shack and something that lets you know that we cook with charcoal .
