Brief de Design de Logo

I need a striking and memorable logo for a new errand running service. Target market will be varied, but working parents, independent seniors, and some small businesses (runner activities) will be primary. Services will include grocery shopping, laundry, automobile services, light handyman work, prescription pick up, pet running (vet and grooming), appointment scheduling, etc.

Tagline will vary but something like 'Errands ruining your day? Better Call Paul!' Ideally, the logo will incorporate space to change the phrasing before the question mark based on changing seasons, etc. (does turkey dinner have you down? Uniform shopping is for the birds! - that kind of thing)

The logo will be used on all marketing materials, including print ads and digital billboards.
