Brief de Web Design

I am seeking a website design for myself. I would like the site to contain a blog, related to Information Security and several sections.

I am an established Information Security Consultant (one aspect of the site).
I am an author of a children's spiritual book that is "new thought" (another aspect of the site)
I am a co-founder of a secure social platform for kids and families (www.kinfish.com)
I may want a section on finance as well, not sure at this moment

I want this site to be a personal website, not a subscription service or professional services sales site, I want the site to look very professional, so that I can share it with all types of people without concern - business, spiritual, other.

I have provided a photo of myself for the site, smart casual on a beach. The site will be hosted on kylewatson.com

I would like the page layout, and the images chopped up as individual jpgs, including hover images for buttons. I can do the coding

I would like the following buttons
Home, About, Information Security Blog, Passion Projects, Contact

I would like the top portion of the page to say "Kyle Watson"
I would like the subtext to say:
Executive Information Security Architect, Author, and Idea Man
