Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need a beautiful and exciting design for a T-shirt to promote a song, "Dream & Believe" and to motivate young people (elementary and middle school age) to believe in themselves and accomplish things they didn't think they could do. The song comes from the Christmas story of "Ranger, the Reindeer Who Couldn't Fly,", but I do not want this t-shirt to be about Christmas.....the message transcends the holiday season. A musical design motif is OK.

I want designs for the front and back of the t-shirt. I envision the front to be the creative design and artwork focus, with emphasis on the "Dream & Believe" title and theme. You may, if you wish, incorporate images of Ranger (the reindeer) and/or Carlana (the elf). I am open on that.

My thought for the back is to include the words from the closing line of the song, "You can accomplish whatever you dream if you just believe in yourself." This might be on a musical staff. I would also like the back to include (small but readable) the Opus One Studios logo, and the web site "www.opusonestudios.com."
