Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new business based south of Perth, Western Australia. I use shamanic healing modalities, like drum meditation, fire ceremonies, breathwork, crystals etc. to give people a sense of being self-empowered, able to take inspired actions and make decisions, connect to their spirituality to find inner peace, their purpose and self-love. I also run workshops and gatherings so people can come together with like minded others to get nurtured, grounded and healed. The elements of earth, water, air and fire are important to my business.
I am a Shaman in the corporate environment. My tag line is: Catherine Fewings - Shaman in a Suit. My logo design should communicate bridging the worlds between the corporate and the spiritual. It should covey a sense of being authentic, professional, classy, adventurous, playful, unique and intuitive. It should be in balance between the feminine and the masculine - be strong and gentle, be capable and caring, adventurous and still.
I am attaching a file with an idea, however am open to completely different designs. The attached file shows how spirits are going up to heaven (air), and the blue represents the feminine and water. The earth and fire are represented below as the masculine support.
