Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo designed please. I'm a professional architectural photographer specialising in high end luxury homes, hotels, etc.
I hVen't been happy with my current logo for a long time. I deal with a very particular clientele and am looking for something that classy that reflects my skills, style and professionalism. I have been in the industry for 15 years and am well established in the local marketplace but would like my branding to more reflect that. The logo must also work well as a watermark for overlaying on copyrighted images. I've attached an image below of how the logo is now that I don't like much at all.
