Brief de Design de Logo

PHOTOS RELOADED! I've attached a photo of the logo we'd like to recreate. Basically, we want to logo to look like the photo. Pure Austin Fitness is a local gym in Austin, Texas. I'd like to create a logo using the likeness of the photo attached. The logo looks like a gyroscope with with a P in the middle of it and the word "AUSTIN" facing the front. We'd like to eliminate the diagonal bar in the photo that is used to hold up the sign in the photo...so there would just be the two metallic circles around the P. We need a vector graphic that we can use for cycling uniforms and the website.
