Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my business based in Michigan, USA called 'iMarket Wholesale'. We sell: household and specialty batteries, LED light bulbs and electronic accessories (e.g. phone chargers, speakers, headphones, flashlights) via both an online marketplace as well as a traditional retail store. Please Feel free to be as creative as you can be, but keep the two attached logo files in mind if you can bring one of them to life with enhanced graphics and final touches.

File 1 iMarket Wholesale Logo: try to turn the letter "I" into a graphic figure but feel free about changing colors and fonts.

File 2: IMW logo: must include our business name 'iMarket Wholesale' within the logo. Turn the letter "I" into a graphic figure. Feel free to change the font and graphics but you must keep the colors on both sides of logo as is since they represent two national flags.

Please note that we only need one business logo but I have attached these two files only as an example of what we hope to have as our logo. If you have a better design in mind, then try to impress us with your creativity.
