Brief de Design Photoshop

Size of the picture: 1970 px X 660 px.

We are an employee benefits firm serving public sector organizations: school districts, counties and cities. We are looking for an image for the home page of our new website.

We want the image to convey that our only customers are schools, counties and cities and that we specialize in this area. We want them to know right when they hit the page that they have come to the right place.

The headline that will go on top of the photo is "Employee Benefit Resources for School, City and County Employers". Do NOT put the headline in your design (unless it's just for concept), but do allow for dark enough areas where this headline can be placed over the top and still be readable.

We love the treatment (photo editing) of the first page of the attached whitepaper, but the image suggests graphic designers instead of school, city or county business.

Our clients are busy individuals who worry most about balancing the budget and bringing financial solutions to their organizations. They purchase employee benefits from us such as Health, Life, Disability and Dental Insurance, but also work with us on a consultancy basis where we help them solve some of their toughest financial issues.

Our website is http://www.nisbenefits.com but we are doing a new one. The theme we are using is http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/energy. The picture with the windmills is the one we are looking to replace.

The new website will be full of content as we are moving to a content marketing platform. The site will contain useful resources for our customers and prospects that will help them do their job easier. There will be a blog, whitepapers, checklists, articles, ebooks, etc... all designed as resources for our clients.
