Brief de Design de Logo

I am a real estate professional in an ultra-high end residential market beginning to brand myself and in need of a logo I can include in my marketing materials. Although I am looking for a relatively plain and simple aesthetic, I do have specific requests for the logo.

I wish to evoke classic elegance of say, New York in the 20s. I would like a design that is black and white. Please keep in mind I will be using the logo for both print and digital mediums.
I am looking for a pictorial fox logo, i.e. a graphically created image of a fox I can stick over the name of my personal brand, Foxgrover. Specifically, I am looking for a silhouette as if looking at a moving/jumping fox from the side. Under the silhouette, I would like the wordmark/ logo text.

For the logo text typeface, I prefer a classicly-inspired design such as the didot font on microsoft word.

In regards to the fox, I need a shape that communicates complexity or depth beyond plain lines or a relatively amoeba-esque figure. I am equally accepting of designs with or without details inside the silhouette shape (although I feel it will be easier to convey depth with them). If there is a phrase to remember or that might inspire when making the design, think 'elegance for distinguished tastes.'

My clients are very well exposed to - even saturated with - upper end marketing materials so I require excellent finish work to stand out. I am including a sample image of something similar to what I am looking for (I cannot use it for my materials as it's copyrighted by a stationery company).
