How many pages will be there?
The current budget suffices for homepage design with CSS only - not full site designed or css coded or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget
Also please arrange to guarantee the project if you want the best designers to work on it

Thank you for the feedback. I didn't realize the project was not guaranteed. I believe that has now been resolved. I was thinking approximately 4 pages w/ full site design with CSS. What budget would you recommend? Thanks!

I'm interested in your project. As smart said the current budget is not sufficient for a full coded website. It would be reasonable if you can add another $200 more for a fully coded website with the functions you have mentioned in the brief. Await your reply.
