We need a logo design for a new home based business providing a conveyancing service. To help you get in the frame of mind please read the below....

What a roller coaster it has been – you have gone to loads of open for inspections and finally have found ‘the one’, the dream home - the biggest decision of your life. And now comes the formal stuff – the legal part of the process, where you actually buy or sell the property.

It is wise for both parties – the buyer and the seller – to engage a CONVEYANCER to navigate this process, as it needs a bit of a legal eagle to decipher the jargon. We will be working closely with real estate agents. The owner of this business is a lawyer

Conveyancing is the process of transferring ownership of a legal title of land (property) from one person or entity to another. and can include other aspects such as commercial leasing.

A typical conveyancing transaction consists of three stages:

before contract
before completion
after completion

We would like to see many designs as we are not sure exactly what we want. However, it should be attention grabbing and easy to remember.

I have included some examples of other companies logos that we thought were OK.
