Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my new business based in France aiming to to appeal to the French and the English communities with young children. The logo should be vibrant and colourful. It should should appeal to parents but also appeal to children as it may appear on t shirts and merchandise in the future. I like owls.
The company will initially offer language lessons to 0-3 year olds who will attend with their parents.
The logo should have flexibility as the company may grow to teach older children and teach other languages.
