Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer for a personal training business called 'Body Corp Personal Training' based in Brisbane, Australia. We specialise in 1-on-1, small group and boot camp style training. The primary focus of the flyer is to advertise and promote a number of new fitness boot camps we a starting in the Brisbane area. The final design should use our company colours (red, white and blue). it should portray an image of fitness and fun.

  It should contain a photo(s) of people exercising and having fun.
  It should contain the following text "Body Corp Fitness Camps are a group-based exercise program designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and whip you into shape as fast as possible. A variety of boxing,resistance training and cardiovascular exercises melts fat off your body and strengthens muscles. We use group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Sessions cater for all levels of fitness and allow you to work at your own pace."
  Camps run for 10 weeks. Sessions from just $15 for one hour of fat burning, heart pumping fun!
  It should have a bold footer that states "Bring this flyer and your first session is free!"
  It must have an area for me to list the location and times or several boot camps
