Brief de Design de Logo

We need a Logo Design for a company rebrand after being taken on by new management. We are based in historic Charlestown near St.Austell in Cornwall in the UK. The company provides expert marine services for the film and television industry.
Including:
The Phoenix (a 112ft historic 2 mastered brig) for corporate events, festivals, film services;
shipwrights and carpentry services;
the historic Charlestown harbour site for location shoots;
marine coordination for film and tv.
We would like to see designs that use the outline of the Phoenix and the square rigged sails in the logo.
Designs need to represent the historic nature and majesty of these vessels matched with the expert skills available to the international entertainment client base.
