Brasserie is a Wilton Foundry font family, like Childrens handwriting script font, i think you mention the font name is wrong sir,
You know what is the font they use for your logo?
or you have your logo in vector?

Its should be  Green Light Colour
Cyan : 50 
Magenta: 0
Yellow: 100
Black: 0

Thanks for you interest in this project.  I have been in touch with the logo designer and they assure me that the logo font is called Brasserie.  I think there must be more than one font with that name.
Thank you for highlighting the error in the "Green Light" CMYK description - I''ll make the change within the brief.
