Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our new child care center. The lower part of the image is what we want our sign outside to look like and it will have actual shingles on the roof. We are having trouble laying out the name on the sign. Above the outdoor sign drawing, I quickly put something together with the color fading to clear as it reaches the name. So we need the logo, but will also need it to stand alone without the name as well. Our slogin is "Just Like Home". We want this to be simple, yet it needs to be jazzed up. It is too boring. Colors we are thinking of are brown roof, light to med blue house, and dark blue lettering.
